Is the artwork original?
Yes. Lazy Otaku products feature original brand artwork and original anime-inspired concepts. We are not affiliated with any anime studio, manga publisher, game company, or character franchise.
What shirt colors are available?
Many Lazy Otaku designs launch on black shirts because black provides the strongest contrast for our neon and streetwear artwork. Any available colors will be listed directly on the product page.
How do I choose a size?
Our current shirts use comfortable unisex sizing. Choose your usual unisex size for a standard fit or size up for a more relaxed look. Visit our Size Guide for more help.
Are products made to order?
Yes. Most Lazy Otaku apparel is printed to order. This helps us maintain quality and avoid unnecessary inventory.
How long will my order take?
Processing times may vary by product and order volume. The current processing estimate will be shown on the product page or during checkout. You will receive tracking information when your order ships.
How much is shipping?
Standard U.S. shipping is $7. Eligible U.S. orders of $75 or more receive free standard shipping.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request an eligible return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Custom, personalized, and final-sale items are not returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. Read our complete Shipping & Returns Policy.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and help make it right.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after production has started, but we will help whenever possible.
How should I care for my shirt?
- Machine wash cold and inside out.
- Use mild detergent.
- Tumble dry low or hang dry.
- Do not iron directly over the artwork.
- Do not dry clean.
